Capital Program Management for Public Works Agencies and Facilities Managers

Capital Program Management is the process of controlling the design and construction of a very large project or multiple projects requiring program-wide budgeting, prioritizing, scheduling and project control, while using limited common resources. These may be part of a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for public works agencies and municipal, institutional, or industrial facility managers. Or, they can be multiple projects for architect/engineers, software developers or industrial engineering groups.

Special Skills are Required

Understanding the planning and design process, and construction methods and practice.
Technical understanding of industrial/institution buildings or roads, water, sewage, and other public works.
