John Costello - Vice President and Senior Project Manager
John has over 30 years experience as an
owner’s representative on a broad range of major developments, from
concept to completion and operation. He has worked with governmental
and private developers on multi-use, high-rise towers, residential
subdivisions, and industrial and commercial projects. He is an
expert at investigations of construction deficiencies and resolution of
disputes on commercial, industrial and residential building
construction. John offers clients the full range of owner representative
services, project intervention, claims avoidance and forensic project analysis.

Mockford, AIA - Vice President, Senior Project Manager
Greg provides
Pinnell/Busch expertise in three areas of project management:
owner's representative, architect and project manager. He fully
understands the perspectives of the owner, architect and builder. Greg
has more than 29 years of experience managing, scheduling,
and designing a range of public and private construction projects. As a
Senior Project Manager of 17 years and head of the construction defects
division for small residential to large commercial projects, Greg provides project team
leadership, expert testimony mediation and develops and manages construction CPM schedules.

David York, a licensed architect, brings more than 30 years
experience in project management, design, construction defects and building envelope construction. His
architectural design background ensures a solid attention to detail in defects investigations and envelope
construction. David has served in diverse professional environments in a range of project types including commercial,
industrial, mixed-use, multi-family, educational, health care and churches. David offers our clients
services in envelope design, defects investigations, analysis, expert witness and remediation for both

Dan Cadd - Project Manager
Dan has extensive knowledge of the construction industry
with more than 30 years experience as an owner/operator, project manager, general manager and estimator.
Dan has been involved in construction defects investigations for more than 12 years. He maintains excellent
working relations with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters and homeowners. He is well qualified to
propose scopes of repairs, create conceptual estimates, and allocate percentages of responsibility to
those who contributed to the defect damages. Dan provides complex, accurate and detailed assessments
and testimony services for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Butch Henry - Senior Construction Manager
Butch has over 25 years of experience in the construction
industry with a focus on management of large, complex public works and industrial construction projects, in addition to
conceptual and detailed estimating. He has worked for both public works agencies and private industry on projects as diverse
as refineries, pulp and paper mills, power plants, and concrete structures. He has also developed a thorough understanding
of the many facets of the building industry, including: contract negotiations, schedule development and management,
partnering, conflict resolution, and quality control and assurance.

Robert Harp - Project Manager
Robert is a member of the construction defects team. He has 16 years
of experience as a construction manager on projects ranging from single family homes to commercial buildings. He
possesses a strong insight for investigating construction defects disputes for attorneys, insurance adjusters and
homeowners. Robert is able to determine the scope of repairs as well as code requirements and investigative reports.
He is available to provide expert advice to clients and attorneys, as well as expert testimony for mediation,
arbitration, and at trial if necessary.
