Project Management and Construction Management Services
for Project Owners & Designers

Our Project Management services help Owners plan, design and construct major projects.

Pre-Construction Services
Contract with Pinnell/Busch during design to save time and money.

Conceptual and Budget Estimating to ensure that the desired project scope can be achieved within the available budget and to allow the architect/engineer to design-to-cost.
CPM Scheduling to ensure that permits and funding will not delay construction, that adequate time is available for design, that bids will be let at the optimum time to avoid winter construction, and that the project will be completed as quickly as possible without extra costs.
Value Engineering and Constructability Reviews to eliminate unnecessary costs and avoid design errors and difficult-to-build drawings.
Owner Representative Services to aid in contractor selection, contract preparation, contract administration and problem resolution.

Construction Phase Services
Better management of construction will prevent delays, cost overruns, and quality problems.

Construction Management (CM) Services to manage construction, based on a fee for professional services, as an agent of the owner (in lieu of hiring a CM/GC contractor).
Owner's Representative Services to administer the contract, monitor construction, and ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.
Partnering Facilitation to build a joint contractor/owner/designer team that will deliver your project on time, with a minimum of changes, and with the desired level of quality.
Trouble-Shooting to determine the cause of delays, cost over-runs, and poor quality construction and then to correct the problem at the least possible cost.
Schedule Review, Approval, and Tracking to ensure on-time completion and avoid delay claims.
Change Order Management to review change order requests, verify costs, negotiate change orders, and defend claims if necessary.
