Qualifications
We work on a wide range of construction projects: high-rise offices, multi-family residential, hotels, hospitals, universities, institutions and correctional facilities, hydroelectric and coal-fired power plants, nuclear power plants, petro-chemical facilities, marine facilities, dredging, bridges and highways, railroads, utilities, hazardous waste, wastewater treatment, pulp and paper, military facilities and airports.
We are experienced in constructability reviews, cost estimating and accounting, critical path scheduling, construction methods and materials, labor productivity, extra work, delay, acceleration and impact. Our senior staff serve as arbitrators, mediators and claim review board members.
We have licensed engineers and architects on staff who understand design standards and practice, specification writing, surveying, contract administration and inspection. We are public works consultants in the management of engineering and construction programs. In addition, we have a full-time systems analyst/programmer on staff who leads our technical support group in data handling, graphics and software issues.
We are skilled at research, analysis, and the preparation of oral or written reports and exhibits. We frequently provide technical support to attorneys who will provide references for our work.
